Escape from Al-Card-Traz by Terry Knight – reviewed by Ian Vallance MMC

“This is a sort of crazy man’s handcuffs routine for cards. In fact, as it uses a couple of elastic bands anyway it would make a good two trick routine. A face up card is sandwiched between two face down cards and sealed with the bands. While a spectator holds the performer’s wrists he causes the card to seemingly pass through the bottom card.
“Once again, Terry has produced a quality set of instructions with excellent colour photos, making it very easy to follow.
“A nice pocket trick that becomes do-able because of the quality of the instructions.”
Restoration Zero by Terry Knight – reviewed by Ian Vallance MMC

“Terry Knight has produced a way of restoring two previously ripped up playing cards. His suggestion is to use the routine at the end of Card Warp and I agree with him. If you don’t know Card Warp then learn it first. Once mastered, buy Terry’s instructions for Restoration Zero and you will have a great close-up routine.
“The notes are A4 bound, well presented with colour photos and very comprehensive. Once you have mastered the routine you may well wish to purchase the harness (Harnessing Zero), which allows you to set up for ten performances.” |
