The Magician picks up a spoon from the table and after having it examined by the Spectator, places the Spectator's ring or his own over the spoon handle! The Spectator verifies that there is NO WAY of removing the ring other than sliding it off the handle! The spoon is then covered with a handkerchief and the Spectator is asked to hold on to the handle of the spoon through the Handkerchief, trapping the ring. The Magician now reaches underneath and as if by magic removes the Spectator's ring from the spoon, even though the Spectator has not let go of the end of the spoon for the WHOLE TIME! This can be done with any teaspoon and ring. All you need to carry with you is either a handkerchief or a silk 24 inch square. This is a great table impromptu trick!
